Log in

I am having difficulties creating my account

Once you have downloaded the application, open it and click on "create my account". Enter your email address and click validate.

You are now logged in with a temporary password that you will receive by email.

You will need to change your password to personalize and secure it. Also remember to validate your account by clicking on the link in the email received when creating an account.

If you are unable to create your account, your email may already be used for another account. In this case, connect with this email or click on "lost password".

I'm having trouble logging into my already created account

If you are unable to log in after you have already created your account, verify that you have received the email with the temporary password.

Use this password to log back in and change the password in your profile.

Also remember to validate your account with the link in the email received when creating your account.

Otherwise, click on lost password, you will receive an email to create a new password.

I did not receive the password when creating my account

When creating your account, a password is automatically generated and sent to you by email. Double check your spam emails.

You can reset your password by clicking on "lost password", you will receive an email with a link to reset it.

To validate your account, you must click on the link in the email received when creating your account.

I lost my password

When creating your account, a password is automatically generated and sent to you by email. Double check your spam emails.

If you have modified it and have forgotten it, click on "forgot password".

An email will be sent to you with a link to our site to reset your password.

Profile

I cannot modify my profile information

When you are logged in, click on the “my profile” logo at the bottom right and click on “modify my profile”. Fill in the profile information respecting the format of each field and click on “save”.

The information is up to date, click on the "home" logo to return to your card and the information will be displayed there according to the card model you have chosen. All profile information will be visible to people who have your contact details even if they do not appear on the chosen card template.

I cannot fill in the website or social networks

When you are on the profile editing page, copy and paste the url from your browser in the specific field in the application and click on "save".

I cannot modify the model of my card

When you are on the "home" page of the application, click on the "my profile" logo at the bottom right.

Click on "modify the map". The preview shows you your current map.
Click on "model" and select the model of your choice among the models available.
Click on "choose" or "buy", you will see the overview of the card chosen with the selected model.
Click on "Done" to validate the card template and it will be updated.

Card sharing

I can't share my card or a contact's card

When you are on the "Home" page, your map is displayed. Click on "share my card". The sharing options appear on the map.

Select the chosen sharing option:

  • Qrcode to display the Qrcode and share by having the code scanned by all the people to whom you want to give your details. Remember to put the Qrcode in signature of your personal and professional emails to share your contact details with your customers, suppliers and acquaintances.
  • Conference code: Generate a 6-digit code valid for 30 minutes. Give this code during the validity period, you can share your card with several people at the same time, or even remotely.
  • Other: Send a link to add your card by any other means such as SMS, Mail, Whatsapp.
I cannot add a card to favorites

Go to the "Contacts" page. In list mode, click directly on the heart of the chosen card. The heart is filled and you will find it in the "Favorites" page.

You can also add a card by being on the detail of a contact and adding it to favorites.

I cannot share a contact's card

See you on the “Contacts” page, Select the card you want to share.

Click on the “share” logo. The sharing options appear on the map.

Select the chosen sharing option:

  • Qrcode to display the Qrcode and share by having the code scanned by all the people to whom you want to share the card.
  • Other: Send a link by any other means like SMS, Mail, Whatsapp.
I cannot retrieve a card

When you are in the application, click on the "+" at the bottom middle of the menus.

Accept (if you haven't already) the permissions requested by the app to access your camera or photos on your device.

Select the recovery option:

  • Qrcode to scan the code on another phone or on any medium presenting a Qrcode Glibl (email signature, advertising poster, vehicle, flyer, etc.).
  • Conference code: Enter the 6-digit code provided to you. If the code is wrong, you will have the mention "invalid code".
  • Image: Click on your image library and select the image with the Qrcode that you captured or downloaded.
  • Click on the link to add a card that you have received by text, email, or that you have found in an email signature or on a website. The link offers you to add the card to your contacts or download the application if you have not already done so.
